Dear Colleagues

acquisition and management of substation and field information. Since
1986, we have assisted more than 70 utilities worldwide to achieve
better asset utilization and superior quality of service levels. We
are proud of our contributions to the advancement of electric utility
automation and communications that are now encapsulated in our
product family.
Bow is comprised of a team of experts in all aspects of product development in the fields
of telecommunications, automation and information technology, specifically pertaining to the
electric energy industry. As team players, we understand how important it is to maintain
close working relationships with our customers from project conceptualization through
implementation and beyond. We are in business to solve communications problems and
eliminate barriers to data access as cost effectively and efficiently as possible. The
next time your technicians, engineers or management faces a problem accessing critical
